Curry Powders This range of curry powders offers a quick and easy alternative to blending and crushing whole spices. Simply quarter a large onion and fry until golden in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add 500g of meat and fry until sealed. Add 1 tablespoon of curry powder (more or less can be added to taste) and cook for a further minute. Finally add 500ml of stock and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes (adding more water if required) or until meat is cooked thoroughly. For a creamier consistency add 2 tablespoons of yoghurt at the end of the cooking period. Serve with naan bread or rice.
